Ian Axelrod, Esq.
Ian is an accomplished attorney with nearly 15 years of experience practicing law in the State of New York. Ian focuses his practice on Real Estate Law and Real Estate Transactions, providing counsel on a variety of real estate matters, including purchases, sales, refinances and leases of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties, condominiums and cooperatives, and vacant land and development sites. He provides counsel to purchasers, sellers, borrowers and developers and represents all clients to the best of his ability no matter the size or complexity of the matter. His extensive experience in conducting real estate transactions allows him to represent and advocate for all types of clients, from the first-time homebuyer to an experienced real estate investor.
Ian also focuses his practice on the representation of conventional and private lending institutions and investment groups in all facets of lending, notably for acquisition and construction loans for both residential and commercial property development projects.
Prior to founding the Law Office of Ian Axelrod, P.C., Ian held positions ranging from Associate to Senior Counsel to Managing Attorney in several reputable law firms in New York focused on Real Estate Law, Real Estate Transactions and Private Lending. Ian also previously served as Staff Counsel for a Title Insurance Company licensed to do business in the States of New York, New Jersey and Delaware.
